What is your lead time?
Our current lead time is 3 months.
We will keep this updated as orders come in.
What is your ordering process?
To begin, visit the build form. Once you have submitted the build form, we will contact you in one or two business days. We will discuss options and finalize your build.
We require $1,000 down to reserve your spot on the build queue. When we begin building your trailer, we require 30% down and the remaining balance when you pick it up.
We will keep in touch during the build, sending pictures of the process via text or email.
Do you have any teardrops in stock for sale?
No. Our trailers are custom built to order. That way you won’t pay for more options than you need.
Do you finance?
No. As of now we do not. Financing is up to the customer.
Do you have dealers?
No. All of our trailers are custom built to order. We can provide better pricing by omitting the middle man. We also love having the opportunity to get to know each customer personally as we build your dream trailer.
Do you provide a warranty?
We provide a three year warranty to the original owner on all Cedar Ridge Campers-made components. This includes frame, body, cabinetry, etc. The warranty is for manufacturing defects only, meaning; it does not cover any wear and tear, misuse or neglect, or road or trail damage.
